CANCELLATION POLICY
BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY A signed agreement and a $25 non-refundable booking fee ( deposit) are required to secure your session date and time. This retainer reserves your spot on my calendar and is separate from your session balance. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their session with at least 24 hour notice. A reschedule is permitted based on availability- Additional rescheduling requests may require a new deposit. Cancellations: All deposits are non-refundable if a session is canceled for any reason. This includes changes of plans, illness, scheduling conflicts, or failure to attend the session. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Clients who cancel with less than a 24 hour notice or fail to attend their scheduled session will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay a new deposit amount before booking future sessions. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future booking requests. Photographer Cancellation: In the unlikely event that I must cancel due to illness, emergency, or unsafe weather conditions, clients will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of any payments made. By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
